Returns the difference, in minutes, between UTC and the user’s local time.

Syntax

TimeZoneOffset([DateTime])

=DateAdd(Now(), TimeZoneOffset(), TimeUnit.Minutes)

The current time in UTC

Pass a date to get the offset on that day, which matters around daylight-saving changes.
